Tonight I have plans for dinner and the movie Bridesmaids with my coworkers, so my evening is full. So, this morning I woke up at 5:30am for a 6:00am BodyPump class! I can’t remember the last time I got to the gym before work (maybe last fall?) and even the last BodyPump class that I’ve done. But, my weekly strength training will help my muscles stay strong and it is necessary for me to do to prevent injury. Now I can go about my day with a workout already under my belt!
