1. 20 visits to the gym- In the end I did 12 workouts total, something to improve on this month!
2. Run 43 miles this month (the amount on my training plan)- Since I edited my half marathon training goal, I only ended up running for one week of the month. Total-8 miles/1 week. This is something I am definitely working on!
3. Food logs every day from January 2nd to January 31st (I am going to be using My Fitness Pal to track my food and workouts)-I did awesome at this for 13 days straight, took a little hiatus but tracked M-F of last week. I think overall I will say I am doing well at focusing on my diet!
