I had a wonderful weekend celebrating a great friend’s 60th Birthday and a baby shower! Of course, with the celebrating came indulgences and I am feeling a bit heavy today. Instead of beating myself up, I’m using this feeling to motivate myself to eat well, workout a lot and sleep well this week! Last night I spent some time re-organizing and got a full night’s sleep. I woke up this morning rested, motivated and ready to go!
