Sunday– Off

Monday– Tone it Up arm plan

Tuesday– 4.1 mile run with friends!

Wednesday– Tone it Up arm plan

Thursday-Saturday- Off, traveled to Michigan

I swear, my weeks start off so strong and then life happens and my motivation runs away! This week I am trying to combat by making plans to workout later in the week. I hope it solves the problem!

Anyone else fall into an end-of-the-week slump? Any tips?
