Welcome! I’m Katie, a 26 year old newlywed who lives in the Chicagoland area. The goal of this blog is to hold myself accountable to my health and fitness goals while maintaining a positive attitude. I started this blog in 2011 to track my progress while training for my first full marathon. I finished the race and in the process raised almost $6,000 for the JDRF in memory of my Mom. Now, I’m working towards a balance in my every day life as a new wife!
